Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Greet patients, relatives, and visitors warmly and professionally. Handle patient inquiries and guide them to the appropriate departments. Assist patients with registration, billing, and appointment scheduling. Provide information about hospital services, facilities, and policies. Ensure smooth coordination between patients, doctors, and staff. Address patient concerns and escalate issues to the management if needed. Maintain front desk operations, including calls, emails, and documentation. Uphold hospital standards of hospitality, confidentiality, and patient care.

Requirements:



Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Healthcare background preferred). Prior experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Pleasant personality with a patient-friendly attitude. Ability to multitask and handle pressure with professionalism. Proficiency in MS Office and basic computer skills.
