Key Responsibilities
? Guest Interaction & Service
? Welcome guests and manage check-in/check-out processes
? Provide personalised assistance for guest queries and requests
? Maintain a courteous, professional, and guest-focused approach
? Handle special requests like reservations, transport, events, and amenities
? Issue Resolution
? Address guest complaints efficiently and professionally
? Escalate issues when required and ensure timely closure
? Follow up with guests to ensure complete satisfaction
? Communication & Coordination
? Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, F&B, and other departments
? Maintain guest preference records and feedback logs
? Offer clear information about services, facilities, and local attractions
? Administration & Reporting
? Maintain daily guest logs and service documentation
? Assist with report preparation and updating guest profiles in software
? Ensure service standards are consistently met

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
