Join our team as a

Guest Relations & Sales Associate - Hospitality Division

at our Candolim, Goa (Work from Office) location.

About the Role:

We're on the lookout for a proactive, people-oriented individual who can engage with our in-house guests, introduce them to our Add-On Services, and make every stay a memorable experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage guest communication groups and share updates effectively Promote and upsell Add-On Services to guests during their stay Follow up to ensure conversions and guest satisfaction Coordinate with service vendors to ensure smooth delivery Track commissions and maintain service records Identify and onboard new service partners to expand offerings

Timings:

10:00 AM - 6:00 PM (should be reachable for guest calls post 6 PM)

Eligibility:

Minimum 6 months of relevant experience | Freshers can apply

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
