? Manage guest inquiries through social media, Airbnb, Booking.com, MakeMyTrip, other OTA platforms, and handle the website backend.
? Prepare and update OTA listings.
? Assist guests after check-in by resolving inquiries or challenges and providing recommendations.
? Assist guests with property directions whenever required.
? Coordinate with the ground team to manage any special requests made by guests.
? Maintain clear and effective communication with the housekeeping and maintenance teams through Slack/WhatsApp, and keep records updated in daily reports.
? Manage dynamic pricing and monitor occupancy across properties.
? Cover shifts on weekends and national holidays as required.
? Monitor emails and audit responses sent by Guest Relations Executives.
? Prepare weekly and monthly reports on overall hotel performance and conduct monthly physical property audits.
? Handle guest escalations and ensure appropriate resolution is provided within the defined turnaround time.
? Gather reviews, respond to guest feedback across social media, OTAs, and other platforms.
? Track guest reviews, prepare health reports, and conduct fortnightly meetings with ground teams to discuss challenges and improvements.
? Work on Offline/B2B/Corporate sales leads.
? Be open to travel for work-related requirements.
? Monitor Ground activity on a weekly basis and prepare a detailed report for management review.
SALARY -250000 TO 30000 NTH.
