Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet clients/visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle client inquiries and direct them to the concerned department/person.
Maintain the reception area and meeting rooms, ensuring they are presentable at all times.
Coordinate and schedule client meetings and follow-ups.
Support the sales team in client handling, documentation, and appointment management.
Manage incoming calls, emails, and messages with efficiency.
Assist in organizing in-house events, activities, and client engagement programs.
Maintain records of client visits, feedback, and escalations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal & written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with a customer-centric attitude.
Confident, presentable, and proactive personality.
Good organizational & multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate in any discipline (Hospitality/Management preferred).
1-4 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service.
