Greet and welcome patients, attendants, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Assist patients with registration, appointment scheduling, billing, and information requirements.
Handle guest/patient queries, requests, and concerns promptly and effectively.
Ensure a smooth flow of communication between patients, doctors, and support staff.
Maintain proper records of patient visits, services availed, and feedback received.
Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely service delivery.
Promote hospital/diagnostic services and guide patients on available facilities.
Ensure waiting areas and front office premises are clean, organized, and guest-friendly.
Collect and address guest feedback to improve service quality.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to organizational standards of service excellence.

Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and efficiently.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and hospital/diagnostic management software.
Multilingual ability (English, Hindi, Telugu) is an added advantage.
Requirements
Graduate degree in Hospitality / Management / Life Sciences preferred.
1-3 years of experience in
hospitality, healthcare, or front office operations
.
Strong interpersonal and service skills.
Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
