A Guest Relation Manager (GRM) is responsible for ensuring that guests have a pleasant and memorable experience. They act as the bridge between the guests and the management, addressing concerns, providing assistance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
job role:
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring they feel valued.
Handle guest check-in and check-out processes smoothly.
Address guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and effectively.
Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, F&B, front office, etc.) to meet guest needs.
Maintain guest profiles and preferences for personalized service.
Oversee VIP and special guest arrangements.
Monitor guest satisfaction through feedback, surveys, and reviews.
Train and supervise guest relation executives/assistants.
Ensure company service standards and hospitality protocols are followed.
Handle escalations and resolve service-related issues professionally.
