We are seeking a polished and highly motivated

Female Sales Representative

to deliver a personalized luxury shopping experience. The ideal candidate will have a passion for fine jewellery, excellent interpersonal skills, and a proven track record in high-end retail sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Greet and assist walk-in customers with warmth, elegance, and professionalism. Present and sell diamond jewellery, explaining features, certifications, and craftsmanship. Build long-term relationships with clients through consistent follow-ups and customer service. Cater to online enquiries in platforms such as Instagram , Facebook , Whatsapp and Website. Maintain in-depth product knowledge and stay updated with the latest trends in diamond jewellery. Assist in visual merchandising and maintain the overall aesthetics of the showroom.

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of luxury retail sales experience (preferably jewellery or fashion). Fluent in English and local language with excellent communication and presentation skills. Well-groomed with a confident, smart and approachable personality. Strong customer service orientation and a keen eye for detail. Ability to work weekends and holidays as per boutique hours.
