Key Responsibilities :
Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes, personalized interactions, and thoughtful service throughout their visit.
Anticipate guest needs and tailor experiences that align with Basque Bakery's brand values of indulgence, luxury, and warmth.
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and with a guest-first mindset.

Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume retail, cafe, bakery, or food & beverage customer service environments.
