Role Overview:


The Guest Relations Manager at Basque Bakery will be the

face of the brand

Key Responsibilities :



Act as the primary point of contact for guests, providing warm welcomes, personalized interactions, and thoughtful service throughout their visit. Anticipate guest needs and tailor experiences that align with Basque Bakery's brand values of indulgence, luxury, and warmth. Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and with a guest-first mindset. Seek opportunities to exceed guest expectations and enhance overall satisfaction.

Open-minded, curious, and deeply detail-oriented. A perfectionist with a love for balance and aesthetics. Process-driven and precise, you follow instructions like a true craftsman. Quick on your feet, clean in your work, and consistent in your results. Passionate about customer service and experiences.

Preferred Background:



Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business, Communication, or a related field (preferred). Prior exposure to high-end, luxury, or boutique bakeries preferred. Minimum 3+ years of supervisory or managerial experience in high-volume retail, cafe, bakery, or food & beverage customer service environments.
