So, what's the gig?
At 2 Pints Brewing, we're looking for a
Guest Relations Manager
who embodies hospitality, empathy, and the ability to create memorable experiences. You'll be the warm welcome, the calming presence, and the friendly problem-solver who ensures every guest feels seen, valued, and taken care of.
From managing the front-of-house vibe to handling guest concerns with grace, you'll set the gold standard for what thoughtful, heartfelt service looks like at our taproom.
The good stuff you'll own
Champion the guest experience:
Be the first point of contact and ensure every guest feels welcomed, comfortable, and cared for from the moment they walk in.
Set the tone for hospitality:
Maintain a warm, approachable, and positive presence that reflects the heart of the 2 Pints brand.
Handle guest concerns with composure:
Resolve issues quickly, professionally, and empathetically -- always aiming to turn a challenge into a positive memory.
Guide and uplift the front-of-house team:
Train, motivate, and inspire stewards, hosts, and servers to deliver consistently exceptional service.
Manage reservations and guest flow:
Optimize seating, waitlists, and table turns while maintaining a smooth and enjoyable guest journey.
Collaborate across teams:
Work closely with the bar, kitchen, and management teams to ensure seamless communication and unified execution.
Drive guest satisfaction metrics:
Track feedback, analyse trends, and implement improvements that elevate the overall guest experience.
Represent the brand on the floor:
Be the go-to person for guests during peak hours, events, and busy weekends.

4-7 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or front-office leadership, preferably in premium restaurants, bars, or hotels.
A natural people-person -- warm, approachable, intuitive, and perceptive.
Proven experience managing guest interactions, handling escalations, and leading service teams.
Strong communication skills -- clear, calm, confident, and empathetic under pressure.
Ability to manage dynamic floor environments with energy, organisation, and positivity.
Passionate about great service, great beer, and building genuine human connections.
Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and high-volume service hours.
