Handle guest queries and concerns promptly and politely
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth guest management
Maintain confidentiality and handle high-profile guests with discretion
Ensure waiting and reception areas are neat, organized, and presentable
Maintain guest logs, records, and visitation schedules

Qualifications
Graduate preferred (Hotel Management / Hospitality Advantage)
1-5 years of experience in hospitality / aviation / front office / corporate guest handling
Proficiency in English and local language
