Key Responsibilities



Greet and welcome guests in a courteous, professional manner Manage guest check-in, coordination, and escorting to meeting areas Ensure guest comfort by arranging refreshments and facilities Maintain a warm, friendly, and professional environment at all times Handle guest queries and concerns promptly and politely Coordinate with internal departments for smooth guest management Maintain confidentiality and handle high-profile guests with discretion Ensure waiting and reception areas are neat, organized, and presentable Maintain guest logs, records, and visitation schedules Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Well-groomed, confident, and presentable appearance Strong hospitality and customer service orientation Polite, respectful, and professional attitude Positive body language and pleasant personality Ability to handle VIP and corporate guests gracefully Multitasking and time-management ability

Qualifications



Graduate preferred (Hotel Management / Hospitality Advantage) 1-5 years of experience in hospitality / aviation / front office / corporate guest handling Proficiency in English and local language
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
