We are seeking a courteous and professional Guest Relations Executive to ensure a positive guest experience by managing queries, requests, and complaints efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and assist guests during check-in/check-out.
Address guest queries, feedback, and complaints promptly.
Coordinate with departments to fulfill guest needs.
Maintain guest records and ensure personalized service.
Arrange reservations, transport, and concierge services.
Requirements:
Graduate/Diploma in Hospitality or related field.
1-3 years' experience in guest relations/front office (freshers with good communication may apply).
Excellent communication in English & Hindi (regional language preferred).
Good interpersonal skills and customer-first approach.
Flexible to work in shifts and weekends.
