We are looking for a courteous and patient-focused
Guest Relations Executive
to enhance patient experience in our Hospital. The role involves welcoming patients and attendants, handling queries, coordinating with clinical and administrative departments, and ensuring smooth patient services.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and guide patients and attendants with warmth and professionalism
Handle patient enquiries, feedback, and complaints effectively
Coordinate with doctors, nursing staff, billing, and admissions for smooth service delivery
Assist patients with appointments, admissions, and discharge processes
Ensure high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality
Maintain patient records and feedback logs
Support NABH patient rights and responsibilities compliance.
Eligibility & Skills
Graduation is mandatory. Post-graduation will be an added advantage.
1-3 years of experience in Guest Relations / Front Office (Hospital experience preferred)
Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi.
Pleasant personality with strong interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and empathetically
Preferred Candidate
Experience in a
Super Speciality / NABH hospital
Strong service mindset and patient-centric approach

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹23,957.16 per month
