About the Role

We are seeking a friendly, well-presented, and customer-focused Guest Relations Executive to join our premium wedding store in T. Nagar, Chennai. The ideal candidate will create a delightful in-store experience for our customers, ensuring every guest feels valued and well assisted with our offerings.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers warmly as they enter the store Understand customer needs and guide them to the right products and services Maintain excellent product knowledge to provide accurate information Coordinate with the sales and design team for smooth customer interactions Handle customer inquiries, appointments, and follow-ups Ensure the store ambiance, presentation, and cleanliness standards are maintained Manage basic administrative duties such as maintaining records, customer details, etc. Support special events and promotional activities in the store

Requirements

Female candidates only (Age: 22 - 30 years) Any graduate with 1-3 years of customer service / guest relations experience preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Pleasant personality with a customer-first attitude Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Proficiency in English and Tamil (spoken mandatory)
