Key Responsibilities: Welcome members, guests, and visitors with warmth and professionalism.
Handle member queries, bookings, and requests promptly (sports, rooms, F&B, events, etc.).
Provide concierge services: reservations, directions, local recommendations, and assistance.
Coordinate with internal departments (Sports, Banquets, F&B, Housekeeping, Gym) for smooth service delivery.
Maintain records of member check-ins, bookings, and guest entries as per club policies.
Assist with club communications: calls, WhatsApp, emails, and walk-in inquiries. Ensure front desk area is presentable, organized, and aligned with club standards.
Address and resolve complaints or escalate to the Duty Manager when required. Skills & Talent Required: Strong communication skills (English, Hindi, and preferably Marathi). Pleasant personality with a member-first approach.
Ability to multitask and handle pressure during peak hours.
Computer proficiency (MS Office, booking systems, emails).
Professional grooming and etiquette. Problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
Qualification & Experience: Graduate in Hospitality / Hotel Management or equivalent.
Experience: Fresher OR 1-2 years of experience in front desk, concierge, or hospitality roles
