What You will do:

Greet and attend walk-in customers and visitors with a pleasant and professional approach.

Coordinate with the Assistant Sales Manager (ASM) and assign customers as per requirement.

Provide basic information about the project and assist with site visit arrangements.

Manage front desk operations, including calls, emails, and visitor logs.

Maintain inventory, track office supplies, and monitor office expenses.

Support the sales team in documentation and client servicing.

Ensure a welcoming and professional environment at the sales office.

Requirements:

Graduate in any stream

Freshers or candidates with up to 6 months of front desk/guest relations/customer service experience.

Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Smart, confident, dynamic, and soft-spoken personality with a customer-oriented approach.

Basic knowledge of front office operations and proficiency in MS Office.

Ability to maintain inventory and monitor office expenses.

Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and professional demeanor.
