Key Responsibilities



Greet and assist patients, families, and visitors upon arrival Act as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries and concerns Facilitate communication between patients, visitors, and hospital staff Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and navigation within the hospital Coordinate patient transport and escort services when needed Provide information about hospital services, amenities, and policies Address and resolve complaints courteously and escalate when necessary Maintain accurate records of guest interactions and feedback Monitor patient satisfaction and suggest improvements Organize special events or VIP visits to enhance guest experience
