Greet and welcome guests.
Perform check-ins and check-outs.
Answer the phone, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate departments when necessary.
Organize and maintain files and records; update when necessary.
Create and maintain updated documents and spreadsheets.
Organize book keeping and issue invoices/checks.
Perform inventory checks as and when needed.
Assist in the service of food and beverage.
Responsible for the property in the absence of the property manager.
Ordering of monthly supplies.
Qualifications/Knowledge/Experience:
Minimum 6 Months of Industrial Training.
Pleasant personality and good communication skills.
Last semester or Graduate student of the Hotel Management Program.
Should be comfortable traveling all over India.
Basic knowledge of F&B operations is an advantage.
