Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist members and walk-in guests in a warm and professional manner
Manage front desk operations and ensure smooth daily studio functioning
Handle member queries related to memberships, services, schedules, and facilities
Promote fitness programs, memberships, and add-on services
Perform
cross-selling and upselling
to maximize revenue
Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for seamless guest experience
Maintain accurate member records and follow-ups
Ensure high standards of customer satisfaction and retention
