Position: Guest Relations Executive - Front Desk
Experience Required: Minimum 1 year to Maximum 3 years
Location: Malad, Mumbai
About the Role:
We are looking for a well-presented, customer-focused, and proactive Guest Relations Executive (GRE) to manage the front desk operations and create a welcoming environment for all clients, visitors, and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to multitask effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Front Desk & Reception Management
Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and guests with warmth and professionalism.
Manage the front desk area ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a positive atmosphere.
Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and efficiently.
Maintain visitor logs, issue visitor passes and ensure adherence to security protocols.
Administrative Support
Manage appointments, meeting room bookings, and schedules.
Coordinate deliveries, courier services, and vendor interactions.
Maintain records, files, and databases with confidentiality.
Support HR & Admin with basic office tasks when required.
Professional Conduct & Customer Experience
Uphold company standards in appearance, communication, and service.
Handle customer concerns with patience and professionalism.
Ensure guests receive timely assistance and seamless experience.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong customer service orientation.
Proficiency in MS Office and handling office equipment
Pleasing personality with a confident and positive attitude.
Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
Strong organizational and coordination skills.
Qualification:
Any Graduate or Post Graduate
