Welcome and assist walk-in clients and visitors, providing project information and coordinating with the sales team.
Manage front desk operations including calls, appointment scheduling, and ensuring client comfort with high hospitality standards.
Support customer follow-ups and maintain visitor records and basic administrative tasks.
Organize and manage the Director's calendar, appointments, meetings, and client walkthroughs.
Prepare and maintain reports, presentations, and other important documents.
Handle incoming correspondence (emails, calls) and route them appropriately.
Assist in planning and coordinating events, meetings, and office logistics.
Support travel and logistics arrangements for the Director when needed.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism while handling sensitive information.
Requirements:
Female candidates only.
Graduate with good communication skills (English, Hindi, Marathi).
Presentable, polite.
Basic computer knowledge.
Prior experience in front office, hospitality, or real estate preferred.
Office - Monday to Saturday

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
