Key Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a memorable and personalized experience
Handle guest reservations, inquiries, and complaints efficiently and professionally
Build and maintain strong relationships with guests to encourage repeat visits and loyalty
Promote ongoing offers, events, and new menu items to drive customer engagement and sales
Coordinate with the marketing team for campaign execution, social media promotions, and guest feedback initiatives
Collect and analyze guest feedback to improve service quality and customer satisfaction
Assist in upselling products and services, including special events, gift cards, and premium offerings
Maintain daily guest interaction reports and support CRM initiatives
Represent the brand at external marketing or promotional events as needed
Key Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred
1-3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, or customer service
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong sales orientation and marketing understanding
Well-groomed, professional appearance, and a pleasant personality
Ability to multitask and handle high-pressure environments gracefully
Proficiency in MS Office and basic knowledge of social media marketing
Preferred Qualities:
Previous experience in the hospitality or restaurant industry
Familiarity with CRM tools or guest management systems
