We are looking for a courteous and patient-oriented
Guest Relations Executive
to join the
LASIK Department
of our hospital. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for LASIK patients, ensuring a smooth, informative, and comfortable experience throughout their consultation, procedure, and follow-up visits. Prior hospital experience and strong communication skills are essential for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and assist patients and attendants visiting the LASIK department
Coordinate patient registration, appointment scheduling, and follow-ups
Handle patient inquiries related to LASIK procedures, schedules, and departmental services
Liaise with ophthalmologists, counselors, nurses, and administrative staff to ensure efficient patient flow
Manage inbound and outbound calls and maintain clear communication with patients
Ensure a high level of patient satisfaction through attentive guest relations
Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality at all times
Support front office and departmental administrative tasks as required
Eligibility Criteria
Educational Qualification:
Graduate in any discipline
Experience:
Minimum
2 years of experience in Guest Relations or Front Office roles within a hospital setting
(mandatory)
Preferred Candidates:

Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication skills in
Malayalam and English
Strong interpersonal, coordination, and customer service skills
Empathetic, professional, and well-groomed personality
Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced hospital environment
Working knowledge of computers and hospital management systems.
