Serve as the primary point of contact for guest queries, concerns, and special requests.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, local attractions, and transportation.
Coordinate with housekeeping, front office, and other departments to fulfill guest needs promptly.
Maintain guest records, preferences, and feedback in the system for improved service.
Handle guest complaints professionally and ensure issues are resolved quickly and satisfactorily.
Assist in VIP guest handling, room orientations, and personalized service.
Monitor lobby appearance and ensure a welcoming environment at all times.
Promote hotel services, upgrades, and special offers when appropriate.
Follow company standards for guest service and maintain high levels of hospitality.
Prepare daily reports related to guest activities, feedback, and service requirements.
