Job Description

Key Responsibilities:Guest Service & Experience



Greet and welcome all guests courteously, ensuring a positive first impression. Escort guests to tables, present menus, and introduce service staff. Maintain a professional and pleasant relationship with guests throughout their visit. Anticipate guest needs and ensure all requests are handled promptly and efficiently. Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and professionalism, ensuring quick resolution. Ensure special requests (birthdays, anniversaries, VIP guests, etc.) are executed smoothly.

Reservations & Coordination



Manage restaurant reservations efficiently to maximize seating and guest satisfaction. Coordinate with the service and kitchen team regarding guest preferences, dietary restrictions, and seating arrangements. Maintain up-to-date guest database and profiles for personalized service.

Communication & Administration



Communicate daily with the F&B Manager and restaurant team about VIPs, special events, and guest feedback. Maintain accurate records of guest comments, complaints, and compliments. Prepare daily reports on guest feedback and share improvement suggestions. Assist in creating and maintaining guest relationship programs and loyalty initiatives.

Professional Standards



Ensure the front-of-house area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times. Maintain grooming, appearance, and uniform standards in line with 5-star hospitality policies. Demonstrate excellent product knowledge (menu, beverages, promotions, etc.) to assist guests confidently. Uphold confidentiality and discretion in guest interactions.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong guest-handling and problem-solving abilities Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to multitask and work under pressure Good computer literacy (MS Office, POS, and reservation systems) Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
