Key Responsibilities
Welcome patients, families, and visitors with professionalism and warmth.
Assist with patient registrations, appointments, and follow-ups.
Guide patients through clinic processes and facilities.
Handle inquiries in person, via phone, or email, ensuring accurate information is provided.
Coordinate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure seamless patient experience.
Support promotional activities and patient engagement initiatives organized by Rehabi Health.
Maintain reception area and front desk operations in line with service standards.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Hospitality, Healthcare, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in customer service, healthcare, or hospitality is an advantage.
Strong communication skills in English and Malayalam.
Excellent interpersonal skills with a patient-first approach.
Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, email, scheduling systems).
