The Guest Relation Executive is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences from check-in to check-out. This role involves anticipating guest needs, resolving concerns promptly, and ensuring every guest feels welcomed, valued, and satisfied during their stay at the resort.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out process.
Provide prompt, courteous, and efficient assistance to guests at all times.
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and promptly, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
Coordinate with all departments to ensure guest expectations are met and exceeded.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of resort facilities, activities, promotions, and local attractions to assist guests effectively.
Maintain accurate guest records and ensure all relevant information is communicated to appropriate departments.
Upsell resort services and amenities where appropriate (e.g., spa, dining, excursions).
Monitor guest feedback through surveys or online reviews and share insights with management to improve service quality.
Assist in planning and coordinating special guest experiences, events, and celebrations.
Follow all resort policies, procedures, and service standards.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
1-3 years of experience in a guest-facing role, preferably in a resort or luxury hospitality setting.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive attitude.
Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations gracefully.
Proficient in hotel management software (e.g., Opera, PMS systems).
