Pasta experience in the field is preferred
Greet and welcome patients, attendants, and visitors with empathy and professionalism Assist patients with registration, appointments, and billing inquiries Guide patients to relevant departments (OPD, Pharmacy, Lab, Radiology, IPD, etc.) Support elderly, differently-abled, and critical patients with wheelchairs or stretcher coordination Manage patient and visitor queries in person and over phone Handle complaints calmly and escalate to appropriate departments when required Coordinate with Nursing, Front Office, TPA, Billing, Security, and Housekeeping teams Maintain visitor logs, feedback forms, and patient experience records Ensure waiting areas are clean, orderly, and well-managed Monitor crowd management in OPD and reception areas Provide regular feedback to management on patient experience issues Follow hospital policies, patient privacy (HIPAA/Confidentiality), and service protocols Required Skills: Excellent communication in English, Kannada, and Hindi Compassionate, patient, and service-oriented attitude Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills Basic computer knowledge (HIS, MS Office, email) Ability to work in rotational shifts
