The Guest Relations Executive is the face of the restaurant and the custodian of the guest experience. This role is responsible for ensuring every guest feels warmly welcomed, personally attended to, and leaves with a memorable impression of refined Turkish hospitality. The GRE bridges service, ambience, and cultural storytelling, elevating the fine-dining experience through attention to detail and genuine care.

Manage reservations, seating flow, and guest preferences to ensure a seamless dining journey.
Personally engage with guests to understand expectations, special occasions, and dietary requirements.
Ensure VIPs, repeat guests, and special celebrations receive personalized attention.
Handle guest feedback, concerns, or complaints with empathy and prompt resolution.
Service Coordination
Liaise closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
Monitor table service standards, timing of courses, and overall guest satisfaction.
Assist the floor team during peak hours to maintain service excellence.
Brand & Cultural Representation
Communicate the restaurant's Turkish culinary philosophy, menu highlights, and cultural nuances to guests when required.
Maintain grooming, body language, and communication standards in line with fine-dining etiquette.
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring consistency in tone, warmth, and professionalism.
Guest Data & Relationship Management
Maintain guest profiles, preferences, and visit history for future personalization.
Encourage repeat visits and build long-term guest relationships.
Support loyalty initiatives and special guest engagement programs.
Operations & Reporting
Coordinate with reservations for accurate booking management and table planning.
Prepare daily guest feedback summaries and highlight improvement opportunities to management.
Ensure compliance with service SOPs and hospitality standards.

Qualifications & Experience
2-4 years of experience in guest relations or front-of-house roles in fine-dining or luxury hospitality.
Prior experience in international or specialty cuisine restaurants is an advantage.
Proficiency in English; additional languages are a plus.
