Job Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers visiting the clinic with professionalism and warmth.
Manage front desk operations -- handle walk-ins, calls, and appointment scheduling.
Maintain patient records and coordinate with audiologists for smooth clinic flow.
Follow up with customers for feedback and service reminders.
Support sales and service teams with customer engagement.
Requirements:
Qualification:
Minimum Graduation (any stream).
Experience:
0-2 years in customer service/front desk (healthcare experience preferred).
Skills:
Good communication, basic computer knowledge, and a customer-friendly attitude.
Salary:
Up to
