The Guest Relations Executive is responsible for welcoming guests, ensuring excellent customer service, handling guest queries, and maintaining a positive experience throughout their visit or stay. This role requires strong communication skills, problem-solving ability, and a customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome and greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Assist guests with check-in, check-out, appointments, or visit coordination.
Handle customer inquiries, requests, and complaints politely and efficiently.
Maintain guest records, contact information, and service preferences.
Coordinate with other departments (housekeeping, operations, billing, F&B, etc.) to deliver smooth service.
Ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues quickly.
Manage phone calls, emails, and bookings.
Provide information about services, prices, offers, and facilities.
Maintain the lobby/reception area in a neat and presentable manner.
Upsell services or promotions when needed.
Collect feedback from guests and report improvements to management.
Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in guest relations, hospitality, front office, or customer service.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, billing software preferred).
Positive attitude, polite behavior, and professional appearance.
Good problem-solving and multitasking skills.
Able to work under pressure and handle multiple guests.
Fluency in English and local languages preferred.
