Responsibilities
Guest relations:
Greet visitors, manage front?desk queries, coordinate meetings and events, ensure a warm, professional experience, handle guests at events.
Keep profiles updated, collect photos/videos from events, and ensure consistency with brand guidelines.
Learning & growth:
Explore new tools for design, automation, and analytics; implement improvements based on data, should be open and flexible to learn new things and explore new aspects.
Requirements
Education/Experience:
Graduate with 1-3 years in hospitality, admin, or social media; freshers with strong aptitude are welcome.
