Job Title: GRE Hostess - Microbrewery

Job Summary:

We're looking for a warm, energetic, and well-presented GRE Hostess to be the face of our microbrewery. You will greet guests, manage reservations and seating, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and cared for from the moment they arrive.

Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests and create a positive first impression Manage reservations, waitlists, and table assignments efficiently Coordinate with servers and bar staff to ensure smooth guest flow Provide basic information about our beers, specials, and events Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting entrance area Handle guest queries and resolve minor concerns promptly Uphold high standards of hospitality and brand presentation

Requirements:

Excellent communication and people skills Friendly, professional, and confident demeanor Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment Prior hospitality or front-of-house experience preferred Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and peak hours
