We are Looking for a Guest Relation Executive who has greeting guests, assisting with check-in/check-out, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating with other departments, managing VIP guest services, and maintaining guest records and preferences.
Minimum of 03-04 Years of Experience in Guest Relations in Hospitality Industry.
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a fond farewell at departure.
Assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring efficiency and comfort.
Handle special requests, such as extra amenities, and coordinate services like luggage handling.
Provide detailed information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
Anticipate guest needs and offer assistance with tasks like confirming travel plans or taking messages.
Address guest complaints and issues promptly and professionally to ensure guest satisfaction.
Work collaboratively with other departments, such as housekeeping, to meet guest requirements.
Coordinate VIP guest arrivals and departures, ensuring pre-registration formalities and room readiness are completed.
Build rapport with guests to foster long-term associations with the hotel.
Manage guest folios and perform basic cashier activities as required.
Maintain up-to-date information on room rates, promotions, and packages to promote hotel services.
Ensure smooth operations by providing complete handovers to the next shift.
