The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for creating a welcoming and memorable dining experience for guests. The role focuses on greeting guests, managing reservations, handling feedback, and ensuring high levels of guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival
Manage reservations and waiting lists efficiently
Coordinate with service staff to ensure smooth seating and service flow
Address guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally
Promote restaurant offerings, specials, and events
Ensure guests receive prompt, friendly, and attentive service
Collect guest feedback and share insights with management
Maintain cleanliness and presentation of the front-of-house area
Requirements & Qualifications
Previous experience in hospitality or guest relations preferred
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Presentable appearance and professional demeanor
Customer-focused mindset
Ability to handle guests calmly and courteously
Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
Skills & Competencies
Strong people skills

Multitasking and organizational abilities
Basic computer or reservation system knowledge
