Key Responsibilities:



Greet and welcome guests with a positive and friendly attitude Maintain a high level of customer service at all times Understand guest requirements and guide them accordingly Manage customer appointments and walk-ins efficiently Handle customer queries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism Maintain accurate guest records and feedback for follow-ups Coordinate with sales, showroom, and back-office teams for seamless service Ensure the reception area and guest lounge are neat and presentable Assist in planning and executing in-store events and promotions Build and maintain long-term relationships with premium clients
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,114.90 - ₹25,504.74 per month

Work Location: In person
