Role Overview:

As a Guest Relations Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall guest experience and ensuring that the property operates at the highest standards of hospitality and efficiency. You will manage on-site teams--including housekeeping, butlers & villa attendants--to ensure seamless service delivery. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of enhancing guest satisfaction, and maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome guests and ensure smooth check-in and check-out experiences. Address guest queries, concerns, and feedback promptly and courteously. Conduct pre-arrival checks to ensure properties meet company standards. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and operations teams. Maintain records of guest interactions and daily reports. Manage guest reviews and ensure positive guest satisfaction scores. Travel between properties for guest visits and inspections (riding required).

Requirements:

Minimum

1 year of experience

in hospitality, guest relations, or customer service (villa or hotel experience preferred).

Excellent communication skills

in English; knowledge of Hindi and Konkani is a plus.

Female candidates residing in Goa

preferred. Must possess a

two-wheeler and valid driving license

. Strong interpersonal skills and a pleasant personality. Ability to multitask and handle guest concerns efficiently. Flexibility to work weekends and public holidays when required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
