The Front Desk Executive is responsible for creating a welcoming and professional impression for visitors and clients, managing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a friendly and professional manner.
Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable.
Answer and direct incoming calls to appropriate staff members.
Handle inquiries and provide accurate information about the organization.
Take messages and ensure timely communication to the concerned parties.
Manage the scheduling of meetings, appointments, and conference rooms.
Maintain and update contact lists, directories, and other relevant records.
Assist with data entry, filing, and documentation.
Address client or visitor concerns and ensure they are resolved promptly.
Provide general information and assistance to clients or guests as needed.
Office Coordination.
Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management for facility needs.
Qualifications and Skills:
High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred).
2-3 years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
Freshers can also apply.

Punctual, reliable, and able to handle pressure.
