The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) is responsible for ensuring a warm and welcoming experience for guests. This role involves handling guest inquiries, managing reservations, and addressing any concerns to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Interaction & Service:
Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with seating arrangements.
Handle reservations and manage table allocations efficiently.
Address guest inquiries, special requests, and complaints in a professional manner.
Ensure a high level of guest satisfaction by providing personalized service.
Coordination & Communication:
Keep track of guests and special occasions to enhance their experience.
Collect guest feedback and report concerns to the management for improvement.
Administrative Tasks:
Maintain guest records, reservation logs, and feedback reports.
Assist in promotional activities and loyalty programs.
Ensure the reception area is presentable and always organized.
Skills & Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality Management is preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
