Ensure smooth coordination between doctors, nursing, billing and support departments.
Provide special attention to elderly patients and first-time visitors.
Handle patient queries, concerns and feedback with empathy and professionalism.
Maintain front desk discipline, patient flow and waiting time management.
Support patient experience initiatives and hospital branding standards.
Maintain basic documentation and daily reports.
Desired Skills & Competencies
Excellent verbal communication in English & local language (Tamil preferred).
Pleasant personality with strong empathy and patience.
Respectful attitude towards elderly and all categories of patients.
