Greet and assist guests with a welcoming and professional attitude.
Handle front-desk operations, including check-in/check-out and managing reservations.
Address guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Ensure the reception area is neat and organized.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Sales:
Act as a first point of contact to promote products or services.
Handle sales inquiries and provide initial information about products.
Upsell and cross-sell to clients and guests.
Make soft calls to inform clients about offers and new schemes.
Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
Support the sales team in achieving targets.
Must have knowledge about reservations.
