We are looking for a friendly and well-presented Guest Relations Assistant to welcome candidates and visitors to the office, assist them during discussions, and ensure a smooth and pleasant experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome candidates and visitors as they arrive at the office.
Guide them to the appropriate departments or meeting areas.
Maintain a neat and professional reception area.
Coordinate with HR and recruitment teams to manage candidate flow.
Assist candidates with forms, documents, and basic queries.
Keep track of appointments, schedules, and visitor logs.
Provide general support during interviews, assessments, and meetings.
Handle phone calls, inquiries, and walk-in candidate registrations.
Requirements
Good communication skills in English, Malayalam, and Hindi (preferred).
Pleasant personality and professional grooming.
1-2 years of experience in guest relations, front office, or customer service.
Ability to multitask and handle a busy reception environment.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
