We are seeking a Guest Service Agent to join our team at a prestigious hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring a memorable stay.
Responsibilities
Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures
Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
Manage reservations and room assignments efficiently
Maintain a neat and tidy reception area
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Experience
Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality environment is desirable
Excellent communication skills with fluency in multiple languages is advantageous
Strong phone etiquette and customer service skills are essential
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of guest services procedures and standards
