Job Responsibilities
Guest Assistance & Support
Greet guests warmly and assist them with inquiries, directions, and information about services.
Provide excellent customer service to ensure a pleasant guest experience.
Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues to senior staff when necessary.
Front Desk & Coordination
Assist the front office team with check-in and check-out procedures.
Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and maintain guest records.
Coordinate with different departments (housekeeping, food & beverage, operations) for guest requirements.
Guest Feedback Management
Collect guest feedback and share it with the management for service improvement.
Support in addressing complaints professionally and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Daily Operations
Assist in managing guest bookings, reservations, and follow-ups.
Help with lobby management, crowd control, and maintaining a welcoming environment.
Provide support during events, VIP visits, or busy operational hours.
Documentation & Reporting
Maintain basic documentation related to guest services, checklists, and daily reports.
Update guest details and service records in the system as instructed.
Learning & Development
Participate in on-job training sessions on guest handling, communication, hospitality etiquette, and problem resolution.
Learn standard operating procedures (SOPs) and apply them during daily tasks.

Pay: ?6,000.00 - ?8,000.00 per month
