Key Roles and Responsibilities:
Welcome patients, attendants, and visitors in a polite and professional manner.
Assist patients with admission, billing, discharge, and other service-related queries.
Provide information about hospital facilities, departments, and doctors.
Coordinate with various departments (nursing, billing, diagnostics, etc.) to support patient needs.
Handle patient feedback, complaints, and escalate to the concerned authority if required.
Ensure waiting areas and reception zones are patient-friendly and organized.
Maintain proper communication with patients and relatives regarding hospital rules and processes.
Support in guiding international patients and VIP patients, if applicable.
Uphold hospital standards of hospitality and patient care.
