Position Overview:



We are looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused

Guest Relation Manager

to oversee and enhance the overall guest experience at the

Smoor Experience Center

. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality, a keen eye for detail, and prior experience in managing high-footfall customer-facing environments, preferably in luxury retail, F&B, or hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:



Welcome and engage with guests to ensure a warm, personalized experience aligned with the Smoor brand. Supervise the front-of-house and guest engagement activities within the experience center. Handle guest concerns, feedback, and special requests promptly and professionally. Coordinate factory tours, chocolate-tasting experiences, and guest events. Work closely with operations, production, and marketing teams to ensure smooth flow of experiences and events. Maintain high standards of cleanliness, aesthetics, and ambiance in the guest areas. Track guest satisfaction through feedback forms, reviews, and in-person interaction and take proactive action to enhance service quality. Ensure VIP and repeat customers receive personalized experiences. Handle bookings, walk-ins, and large group coordination effectively.

Qualifications & Experience:



Graduate in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.

Minimum 5-7 years of experience

in guest relations, customer service, or hospitality roles, preferably in premium/luxury F&B or retail setups. Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage. Proven leadership and team management skills. Hands-on experience managing events, tours, or experiential spaces is a plus. Customer-centric mindset with a flair for solving problems and creating memorable experiences.

Work Days & Timings:



6 days a week, with weekends and holidays required as per business demand.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
