Guest Relation Manager (female)

Job Description

Greet and welcome guests/customers in a professional and courteous manner. Manage front office operations including reception, visitor handling, and customer support. Build and maintain strong relationships with guests/customers to ensure repeat business and referrals. Address and resolve guest complaints and issues promptly with a focus on service recovery. Coordinate with Sales, Operations, and Facility teams to ensure smooth guest interactions. Organize and manage site visits, property tours, or office visits. Maintain guest records, feedback, and service quality reports.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service orientation with problem-solving ability. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Attention to detail, presentation, and grooming. Proficiency in MS Office Multilingual abilities (preferred).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?600,000.00 per year
