Greet and welcome all visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
Manage visitor access by coordinating with internal departments and maintaining the visitor log.
Handle incoming phone calls, emails, and courier services efficiently.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are set up as per requirements.
Coordinate with housekeeping and facility teams to maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the reception and waiting areas.
Assist in organizing in-office events, meetings, or VIP visits.
Maintain stock and request office supplies, visitor badges, refreshments, etc.
Address guest and employee queries and resolve minor issues or escalate to appropriate departments.
Assist with onboarding support (ID cards, access control, welcome kits) for new employees and clients.
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
