Job Summary:

The Guest Relations Executive (GRE) will be the first point of contact for visitors at Mall of India, ensuring a welcoming, professional, and customer-focused environment. The role involves assisting guests with information, handling inquiries and complaints, coordinating with internal teams, and ensuring an exceptional shopping and leisure experience for all visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

Welcome and greet guests warmly at entry points, information desks, and service areas. Provide accurate information about stores, events, offers, facilities, and mall services. Handle customer queries, requests, and complaints with courtesy and efficiency. Maintain updated knowledge of mall promotions, events, and new store launches. Assist in managing lost & found, parking assistance, and emergency situations. Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and operations teams to resolve guest issues promptly. Support in conducting guest feedback surveys and maintaining records. Uphold the mall's service standards, ensuring guests feel valued and cared for. Escalate unresolved concerns to the Guest Relations Manager.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi; knowledge of other languages is an advantage). Strong interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality. Customer-centric approach with problem-solving ability. Confident, presentable, and professional appearance. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly and efficiently. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

Qualifications & Experience:

Graduate in Hospitality, Retail, or related field preferred. 1 years of experience in , hospitality Experience in malls, hotels, or airports will be an added advantage.

Working Conditions:

Rotational shifts including weekends and holidays. Frontline guest-facing role requiring extended standing hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
