Greet and welcome guests, clients, and visitors with a positive and helpful attitude.
Manage front desk activities: answering phone calls, directing inquiries, and handling walk-ins.
Maintain visitor logs and issue visitor passes as per protocol.
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure guests are assisted properly.
Ensure the reception area is tidy, professional, and presentable at all times.
Provide basic information about the company, services, and office directions.
Handle courier and mail distribution efficiently.
Assist with administrative and clerical tasks when needed.
